Questions about plans and billing
How do I pay?
Outside Brazil, payments go through Paddle, Hepthos CRM’s official reseller: it processes the payment and issues the invoice with your country’s taxes (including Israeli VAT). In Brazil: Pix, boleto or card.
Does the price include AI?
No. The AI runs on your own key, and you pay the provider (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic or Groq) directly. That’s why the bot has no reply limit inside the 24-hour window.
What counts as a proactive message?
Any message sent outside WhatsApp’s 24-hour window: follow-ups, re-engagement, reminders. They use Meta-approved templates and are billed by Meta to your account; your plan sets how many you can send per month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime, from the dashboard. The new plan applies right away, with proration.
What if I cancel or a payment is late?
If you cancel, your account goes back to Free at the end of the paid period and nothing is deleted. If a payment is late, you have 7 days to settle it before returning to Free.
Are refunds available?
Purchases outside Brazil follow Paddle’s refund policy, as Hepthos CRM’s reseller. In Brazil, you can withdraw within 7 days of your first purchase.
